Family is the BEST!

Xander is blessed to have such loving caring family and friends all around him! A few weekends ago we had the opportunity to spend Sunday dinner at Grandpa Lynn's to meet Xander's Great Aunt Deedee. What a fun evening! She is a very sweet and joyous person. We enjoyed hearing her stories about serving a mission in Russia!

The next weekend my mom, which we plan on having Xander call, Abuela, came over to visit us for a weekend! She came, of course baring gifts for her one and only grandson! She brought him this awesome projector that you attach to the crib, it plays lullabies and nature noises along to some cute images of zebras and giraffes. She also brought a play mat for him to lay on and play with the dangling toys or to have tummy time! And last but not least, a jumper!!!! Super adorable. David and I were planning on getting him one for Christmas, but looks like Christmas came early!!!!  He can barely reach the floor with his tippy toes but loves it non the less.
  Xander had his 4 month doctors appointment this past Wednesday. We truly thought he'd be about 20 pounds ha ha. However he is 15 pounds 8oz. He is in the 75% in weight and in the 90% for height, currently he is about 26 inchs! We all know he did not get his height from me!!! That's for sure! Xander has long fingers and Aunt Deedee suggested he "play the piano", which apparently Xander didn't seem too fond of, here's the video!
